How do I make my return?
Step 1: Preparing your return
Return by post
When preparing your order, we have included a pre-paid return label in the package. To make your return, simply carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return and stick the label provided on top.
The return costs will be your responsibility and will be taken directly from the amount that will be refunded to you. You can consult the rates applied according to your geographic area in our delivery costs table .
Return to store
You can also bring your order to us in store at the following address: Rue de Herve 382 in 4030 Liège (Belgium) during opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Other in-store shipping method
If you have a less expensive method with another transport provider, you can of course send your return back to us in store using this method.
Step 2: Drop off at a post office
If you choose to return using the label provided, you simply need to drop off your package at the post office closest to you.
Step 3: Confirmation of receipt and refund
As soon as the package is in our possession, we will carry out a quality check to verify that no items have been damaged. We will then send you a confirmation by email and will proceed to refund your order as soon as possible.
