Preparing your orders
Orders are carefully prepared during business hours from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm and are shipped within 48 hours at the latest . We send a confirmation email with a tracking link for the order before shipping.
Delivery times
Packages are delivered to your home via the postal service . On average, it takes a maximum of 2 to 3 working days for a shipment to Belgium or neighboring countries.

Shipping and Returns Delivery Rates
You can view our shipping rates and the purchase amount from which they are offered in your area in the table below .
To simplify the return process, we include a pre-paid label in your package. The return costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. The rates applied for returns are the same as those for shipments , so you can also consult the table below to find out the rates applied.
If you have another more advantageous method to return your order, you can use it and send your package to us in store at the following address: Rue de Herve 382 in 4030 Liège (Belgium).
If you live near the store, you can also come in person to drop it off in store during opening hours (Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm), thus saving you the return costs.
